SFOGLIATORINO SRL has activated this reporting channel (Whistleblowing) to offer its employees and third parties the possibility of reporting any illicit conduct of which the whistleblower has become aware in the context of relations with Sfoglia Torino SRL.
Reports may concern:
- criminal, civil, administrative or accounting offences
- violations of European legislation
- acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the European Union
- acts or omissions concerning the internal market, which compromise the free movement of goods, people, services and capital
Reports can be made through the reporting channel which offers the following guarantees:
- Guarantee of confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person
- Guarantee of confidentiality of the person involved and of the person mentioned in the report
- Guarantee of confidentiality of the content of the report
- Guarantee of confidentiality of the relevant documentation
